Software giant Adobe announced that it will no longer develop their Flash Player plug-in for mobile devices. It will instead concentrate efforts on HTML 5. In August of this year, Adobe shocked the web development community by previewing new software for building rich Internet application called Edge. Instead of using flash, the Edge uses programming and markup of the World Wide Web Consortium's HTML5 standards with CSS and JavaScript programming language. They lost the battle with flash, but they are doing what every tech company needs to do - adapt.
